Plan and Spec Department
Our plan and spec department works very closely with builders, engineers and suppliers to provide a competitive price for all new construction projects. our plan and spec department consists of two full-time estimators, project managers, assistant project managers, and a construction manager.
Construction Department
The construction department consists of field project managers, welders/pipefitters, commissioning personnel and general labor personnel.
Service Department
Our service department consists of a service manager, service coordinator, and highly experienced service technicians. our service department provides pricing to the customer for the replacement or upgrades to existing HVAC equipment. the service department also provides pm maintenance for our contract customers.
Rental Services
We have rental chillers from 70 to 200 tons and can combine chillers together to provide larger tonnages. We also have plenty of 1- ton spot coolers and rental package units on trailers.
